Charuca

Charuca is the universe of characters created by me, Charuca Vargas. Until 2004 I devoted myself to create characters for all types of projects, artistic and commercial. At the same time I was creating my own characters, which were in very limited editions. In 2009 I created my own brand, “Charuca.” which started out as a hobby but later grew to a much larger scale. Charuca is a trademark of beautiful things to make life a little happier. From our studio in Barcelona we are dedicated to developing our universe and extending our philosophy. Life can be much more simple and friendlier than it seems. Follow your instincts, have fun and keep it simple.

Shotopop

Shotopop comprises of a select few people creating beauty from inside a shipping container on the shore of the river Thames. Like our studio, our methods are unconventional, unique, versatile and daring. We believe in never following the same path twice – which makes commuting interesting – but if there’s feathers to be painted, a thousand paper butterflies to be lovingly shaped or a digital creation to be brought to life, we take great pleasure in discovering the contemporary and capturing it for all the world to see.

Polynoid

Polynoid is the design / storytelling loving collaboration of Jan Bitzer, Ilija Brunck, Csaba Letay, Fabian Pross and Tom Weber. Founded in 2007 as a creative platform and playground for our own films and experiments, Polynoid today is using that same spirit but combining it with the resources of a production studio. On a project we can get involved at any stage of the creative process, ranging from concept, direction and art design to the actual production and finishing. Our narrative technique combines new forms of storytelling with a shared interest in progressive sound design to create a minimalist, photo real and abstract sensory experience.
